Shipping
We ship using AKIS EXPRESS with rates between €4.00+VAT and €10.00+VAT per order (depending on size and quantity of packages we are sending) for within Cyprus.
Upon confirming and preparing your order, we will deliver your order to Akis Express the same day or up to 2 days after placement of order the latest. Delivery time to your desired location after this period will depend on Akis Express.
We do not ship outside of Cyprus.
Refund policy
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after purchase. In the event that a product is found to be defective upon receipt, we will replace it immediately without any additional charges as soon as we are notified either by phone at 25 587120 or by email at info@aentep.com.cy, as well as providing us with photographic evidence of the damages and invoice for that product.
If, however, the product was found to be defective by fault of the user or loss of invoice, no returns will be accepted.
