Orabond 1397PP Industrial Tape. This double-sided tape consists of a polyester film carrier, layered on both sides with a modified solvent acrylate adhesive. It has a very good resistance against UV radiation, extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents and humidity.
Its highly shear-resistant adhesive has an excellent durability when attached to metal, varnish and high energy surfaces. It has a good adhesive durability when attached to low energy surfaces. Because of its high adhesive mass it is also appropriate for rough or structured surfaces.
Areas of use:
Splicing of paper, cardboard, textiles and plastic and metal films. Adhesion passenger car and truck exterior mirrors in plastic housings with shatter protection included. Self-adhesive preparation of trims, decorative faceplates and cable trunks.
ORABOND 3331TG Industrial Tape forms part of our AM2 range of high performance double coated tapes. It consists of a hard PVC film carrier, coated on both sides with a modified solvent acrylate adhesive. It has a very good resistance against UV radiation, extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents and humidity.
Applied to print after final color. When cured, powder will melt into the ink. Transfer applied with heat press. Powder re-activated and provides an enhanced bond onto the shirt, thus giving it much better wash-ability.
Simplifies the vinyl wrapping of protruding vehicle parts. Attach the vinyl film to the Wrap-U-ezee, preheat it and pull it over the part in a single motion. Film evenly pre-stretched, risk of overstretching in critical areas significantly reduced.
